We went back to spa, stayed for a bit and I went to check out. We spent the day at the pool which was understaffed, but it was a nice day. She walked us down and the guy let us into the pool area which upset the supervisor. The supervisor said she could walk us down to the pool I said let’s walk. The staff was very negative and definitely not hospitable. The supervisor came out and was not very nice or helpful and said we would have to wait agin. My husband and I are chairman, so I asked if I could use my chair in card and they said no. We waited for about ten minutes and asked what the problem was and they said we would have to wait until the pool manager approved our pass. So we went back to the front desk and asked to go to the main pool, they said we needed a special pass and would have to wait. So we headed to the front desk to go to the main pool, they said the they had another door to the spa pool so we went there, they had no seats and we were no allowed to go to the one side of the pool. Oh we apologize for the broken steam room. We spent some time in the spa went to the steam room which was broken. When we arrived we were informed there was a private event at the spa pool so we could use the main pool area, which was ok. We had massages and had planned to spend the day at the spa and pool. I scheduled a day at the spa with my daughter-in-law for her 30th birthday.
